LTD Commodities accounts are easily created online with a valid email address as your User ID and a password that you create. An order can also be sent to a gift address. You can enter a personalized gift message (up to 110 characters) during the checkout process. The message will appear on the packing list included with each shipment of your order, and the product price will not be displayed.


The LTD Commodities Catalog is a gift catalog formerly known as ABC Distributing. In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, you can easily return it. You can access your orders by logging into your account. Review the return policy for your order.

What Is The Return Policy?

You should immediately contact LTD Commodities if your order arrives damaged or defective within 30 days of delivery. Their Customer Service team will work with you to resolve the issue quickly!

The company will send you a convenient, prepaid FedEx return label if, for any other reason, you are not satisfied with all or part of your order. For further information, please call (847) 235-8159. You may then return the item for a replacement, for credit, or for a refund on your invoice (shipping charges are nonrefundable).

Items that have been monogrammed or personalized cannot be returned, except when defective. If you need duplicate documentation, you can print it out from the Your Account page. Keep a copy of the invoice and tracking number for your records.

In the case of gift orders, the person to whom the item is shipped is able to return the item as well. After receiving the returned item, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. You won’t see any financial adjustment in your method of payment if the gift recipient requests an exchange or replacement.
